Workroom is on the lookout for Studio Assistant to help us out with a range of admin and project related tasks.
Specifically, the role will work across 3 areas:
Providing admin support to client accounts, including liaising with suppliers and client contacts on various aspects of the project delivery, and helping us with the day to day management of the account
Providing support to the general running of the studio, including helping us manage studio timesheets, accounts, help us maintain our supplies and equipment, answer the phones, help us prepare for meetings, and look after our working space
Helping us to manage our client communications, including preparing reports on target markets, researching specific lists of contacts, web and social media research, and preparing reports and content on specific subjects to do with our business
We are ideally looking for someone who has some experience in an office environment, who can demonstrate some interest in what we do here at Workroom. Our Studio Assistant needs to be able to communicate well, both in person and in writing, learn quickly, and behave professionally in all situations. Whilst we are ready to invest some time training the right candidate, we are fundamentally looking for a bright self-starter who is looking to get a foothold in the creative services industry.
