Hurrah! Our work with Balfour Beatty WorkSmart has been shortlisted by Transform Awards Europe for the Best strategic/creative development of a new brand.
With virtually no additional marketing support, the brand platform and visual identity needed to work hard to resonate with and gain buy-in from customers, potential recruits, and its own people. All behaviours, KPIs, performance reviews, and business decisions are enshrined in the brand’s values. The business has surpassed most of its objectives by a wide margin:
