With over 90% of our revenue coming from repeat business, forming strong strategic relationships with our clients has always been a key part of our approach at Workroom.
We use this indepth knowledge of our clients’ business and brand challenges to proactively manage the account, and we are always looking at ways to add value.
For a while we’ve been planning another new role within our team, to help us develop our key connections – and it’s a hybrid role of senior account director and strategist. It’s not only someone who can oversee a branding, strategic communications or engagement programme to ensure its successful delivery, but also someone who can help clients develop the rationale, business case and detailed process for the project in the first place.
So I’m delighted to say we recently appointed Katerina Letsos as Senior Account Director, with account development responsibilities across a number of key client accounts.
Katerina joined us from brand consultancy Appetite, where she was overall account lead on strategic projects related to brand and sustainability communications for AkzoNobel, University of Leeds, St Andrew’s Hospice to name a few. Prior to this she was a Senior Consultant at Interbrand where her clients included Samsung, Renault, Philips and Arcadis.
As a strategist and a seasoned account lead, Katerina has deep understanding of a wide range of brand and business issues. Her particular specialisms are in employee engagement, audience segmentation, brand strategy, brand analysis and valuation.
Diligent, driven and smart Katerina strengthens our ability to deliver truly integrated brand programmes and has worked across all levels of highly complex international corporates, both in the UK and abroad.
