New identity for Coty Academy
As part of the merger of Coty and Procter & Gamble’s Beauty Business, Coty initiated a completely new level of world-class training and education for the combined workforce of 20,000 employees. Coty Academy aims to furnish its teams with the latest business and industry learnings, and introduce regular outside expert speakers and creatives to inspire and motivate. The Academy needed its own identity and marketing tools to highlight what was on offer.
‘A’ for Academy
A simple ‘A’ icon for the Academy logo uses bespoke Coty Sans font, which we developed as part of the larger Coty rebranding programme. Crops of the graphic ‘A’ house textures and colours. These represent the many facets of learning led by Coty’s talent development team.
Beyond the badge
A new online learning platform and App sport the identity and further visual assets incorporate reportage style photography and unique Coty iconography.
