What are the brands that we as consumers find indispensable in our daily lives?
We were asked by our research partners Opinium to contribute to their 2019 Most Connected Brands report, a survey of over 12,000 people globally looking at the ways that brands build unbreakable bonds and define how we interact with them.
Brigid gladly obliged, giving her trademark candid view of number 13 on the list Colgate, looking at just how far the brand could go to create a more connected brand experience.
