We’re still buzzing from last week’s show!
We were commissioned by a much-loved, long-standing client, Nicola Lazenby, who is now EAG Exhibition Director, to capture the spirit of the event. Our founder, Brigid McMullen, led the day’s filming by looking for dynamic angles, fun scenarios, incidental details and close ups. Regular collaborator, Barry Willis, brought his signature fly-on-the-wall photography style to capture the event’s quirkiness, energy and positivity.
EAG Expo is a dizzying kaleidoscope of lights, movement and a cacophony of contradictory sounds – from dragon roars and exploding munition to crazy dance music. The frenetic energy immediately reignited our inner child from arcade visits during long-ago seaside holidays, causing wide smiles and the unstoppable need to try things out! Casino gaming provided us a new type of fascination, watching the quiet, calm skill of the croupiers’ mastery of rapid-fire mental maths. Most entertaining for us, was the social aspect – observing people connecting, doing business deals, playing and have great fun at a truly escapist event, away from the rest of the world!
