Earlier this week, Brigid had the unexpected pleasure of appearing on BBC Radio London with Shay Kaur Grewal to discuss the importance and impact of branding. How much difference does it really make, why change a nostalgic, childhood favourite and in particular the care needed to update heritage brands.
Sparked by the current hot topic of Lyle’s Golden Syrup’s plans to change its iconic brand packaging for the first time in 150 years, they spoke about brand evolution and how branding impacts consumer behaviour.
