Big smiles this week at Workroom as the employer branding we’ve developed for beauty leaders Kao was launched as part of the new EMEA website.
We’ve been working with Kao, owner of iconic beauty brands Goldwell, John Frieda, Bioré and Molton Brown, to create engaging new content for their EMEA website while bringing the employer brand to life.
Based on global talent research, we devised a new employer brand definition, The Face of Kao, which authentically showcases employees across the business expressing their passion and enthusiasm for Kao culture, imbued with Japanese values of integrity, respect and diligence.
