Our recent work for Norwex has been shortlisted in 4 categories at the Transform Awards Europe 2026!
Norwex, founded over 30 years ago, is a family-owned business with Norwegian heritage. It pioneered the use of a microfibre cloth for cleaning with added water only, driven by their mission of reducing the number of harmful chemicals in the home.
As Norwex prepared for future global growth under a new CEO, it needed to rationalise 300+ product SKUs and elevate the brand to compete in a more challenging international environment. Workroom led a strategic repositioning and a creative transformation to a premium, Nordic-inspired visual identity and packaging system. Summed up in a succinct and powerful new strapline, ‘Live cleaner, safer, better’.
In the words of Beate Hjeltnes, Global CEO & Chair, “This was a significant change for everyone — the executive team, the family — and the process we went through was essential in getting us where we needed to be: A full rebrand and transformation of the business. Workroom were the engine room that made it happen.”
